What is The Loop? The Loop of Aid For
AIDS (AFA) is an exclusive society of donors who commit to a
continuing minimum of $1,000 per year in unrestricted support for
the mission of AFA. This network of friends sustains the ability of
Aid For AIDS to provide direct financial assistance to prevent
homelessness and hunger and to improve quality of life and
independent living for those impoverished and disabled by HIV/AIDS.
How Does My Support Help? Aid For AIDS is very proud of its
ability to continue to direct 90% of its budget toward client
programs. Since
its founding in 1983, AFA has directly touched the lives of over
14,000 men, women, and children and has distributed over $18,000,000
in client assistance.
How Can I Join The Loop? Any unrestricted gift of
$1,000 or more qualifies you for membership in The Loop. Gifts
can be made by check, credit card or stocks/securities when paying
in one lump sum. If you prefer, credit card donations can also
be divided into installments for your convenience. Corporate
matching gifts are credited to the individual in whose name they are
given and counted toward The Loop membership. Special event
tickets or auction item purchases do not count toward The Loop
membership.
